Not sure if my foot cramps were the same that you have, mine was plantar fasciitis. The best thing for me was to have a frozen 20oz bottle of water that I could roll over the bottom of my foot when it was cramping. Another good thing to use is a golf ball that you can roll your feet over.

Since I am new to MFP and this will be my first challenge I think anything and everything that we will be doing will be putting me out of my comfort zone so I am up for anything.

I will be starting P90X for my second time on Dec 3. So I will join this group if that is ok. My first attempt ended after 4 weeks, I ibroke my ankle at my sons soccer practice.
