  • don't beat yourself up over it! I stress ate a whole bag of sour gummy worms a few weeks ago...I just drank a lot of water and wrote it off as a bad day! I keep 86%+ dark chocolate in my house and eat a square (or two!) everyday. I think having it regularly keeps me from gorging on it.

  • You could do 10 days on each level and have one rest day/week. You would see better results than doing only 15 days.
  • i have mini rewards for every 10 lbs i lose. The first 10 was $10 of new makeup, next is kenra hair gloss, then I think jeans, and I can't remember the rest :) I love hitting those goals though!
