  • Very true about the water! Also, remember if you are going to the gym & using any kind of weight training your going to be gaining muscle so you may want to put that into consideration too. Hang in there I bet it'll go away by the end of this new week when your body is back to feeling 100% better again.:smile:

  • That's one of the suggestions my mother-in-law gave to me. She also suggested lemon water so I've been trying that and it seems to work first.
