I have a question about the signature banner for how much weight you lost. How do you update it?? I weighed in on my profile and had lost weight but it doesnt show up.

Level 2 is intense. I think im going to stick with level 1 for a little while longer until i get more strength.

oh man i started level 2 today...this level is hard! I think Im gonna stick with level 1 until I build up more strength so I can actually do all of the exercises in level 2. As long as im doing some exercise I'm happy, and level 1 gave me a good workout.

skipped 2 days :( But im back!! Day 7 for me and i plan to not skip any more days!!

During day 5 of level 1 i was really feeling the burn in my legs and arms!! Im also starting to remember where she says what lol...half way to level 2!!

Day 2 all done!!! Do you think 359 calories is correct on how much you would lose?? Thats what this site says when i do circuit training for 27 minutes..but i real like its to much. I know everyones different with amounts they lose.

How does everyone log it on their exercise on here?? Some said for the ripped in 30 do circuit training so i did and it was about 350 calories. How is everyone else logging it??

Just finished day 1 of Level 1!! it was tough and had to stop for a few seconds here and there but i feel good afterwards!!

Just did Day1 Level 1!! what a workout! Some things i couldnt do all the way but i know over time it will get easier, hopefully lol Heard so many good things about this dvd so hopefully we all see results we want!
