I was thin in a very unhealthy way...I never ate and once I took care of my eating disorder I went in the total opposite direction I ate constantly and now here I am. Its going to be hard to not go back to my old ways counting calories because thats how it all started but I believe I can do this the healthy way this time.…

I'm the same way! I plan on starting to record the zumba show that comes on TV out here to learn the moves before I try to go to a class :)

I agree that a birth control pill is a good idea to help with the heavy flow and PMS. I take a multivitamin and that seems to help my energy. B12 is a good energy boosting vitamin as well. I also take iron and it helps as well because fatigue is a symptom of anemia. I'd talk to your doctor and see what they can recommend…

Almost all antidepressants have that side effect. Unfortunately for me I am bipolar and meds look like a lifetime thing right now, I also take an anticonvulsant as a mood stabilizer with weight gain as a side effect. So my doctor is monitoring my weight and we will have to change all the good things I have going with them…
