I think it's in one of her other videos that she says 'even if you can't do the exact same moves, just keep moving'. Keep going with it and you will be able to do more and more each time, don't worry so much that you can't do everything perfectly, 'perfect sucks!' :-)

That's good to hear. I am eating my exercise calories and can't get over the feeling that I am doing it wrong! Have stayed away from the scales for a bit so hope they are kind to me in a few days! Well done on your success so far :-)

I'm the same; have gone back to my starting weight plus a few extra. Don't delete; we need to learn from mistakes not run from them. You can do it,just because you fell off doesn't mean you can't get back on!

Ooh, I am going to start Ri30 tomorrow..I have done the whole DVD before, but mixed in with other things. Got really lazy with exercise because of studying, but ready to start again now! . Would appreciate any motivation anyone can give. Love jillian!

I'm 5'6.5 and want to be about 10 stone. I have done really well maintaining around 11 stone, but recently have gone back up, and not had the guts to weigh myself! Think I am about 11st 8lb now.
