My least, other than mountain climbers, (I'm actually starting to like stride jumps now) would be lateral arm raises. I try to stck with my dumbells doing them, and they can be hard. Also theres a squat jump and quarter turn one that I hurt my knee on when I started with EASA2 that i'm not to fond of. Oh fast kickups…

HRM monitor does sound cool, might be good for when i'm biking. What kind is good? EA to me is pretty close, but i'm sure its not perfect. I doubt it takes you HR into the calculation.

I just used this today mind you, but I think it was accurate, althogh the Fitbit had me at over 2500 cals, for 9700 steps, MFP credited me with 23 of them. I think it's fair. This is all relativley new, calories are hard to nail down. I think the Bitfit site is cool, and they just released their new phone app last weekend!

Get the newer one. Throw some bids on Ebay, make sure it has the elevation feature. Don't get the older one. I paid 99 for it from Fitbit! It came really fast, and I'm sure I got the latest model. It's impressive!
