Thats Right. Do weights that will almost fail after 10 reps. 3 sets. After a few weeks adjust weights as you strengthen. Lean toward heavy less reps.

This was a nice start to my day! 10min in I put on 1.5 ankle wts. and I'm glad I did! It wasn't too hard on the legs! I came in at 23:33 on medium. completing 100% excercises? Cals 172, MHR131 Nice little sweat.

I'm not sure If I will get a Wii U. EASA really left a bad taste in my mouth by pulling the plug like that. While It was fun and exciting to play the wii again thanks to EA, it became a bittersweet experience for me, and they have lost my trust. Just being honest. If I get a Wii U it will be for another reason. :/

I just did Soccer with Boxing! That was a nice sweat! Somehow I put in Soccer fast kickups instead of soccer juggling! lol... They registered fine though. Also when I did the Soccer goalkeeper, I got the Elusive "Brick Wall" Trophy! Yay! I Will post the Power Pyramid workout tomorrow!

Dom't worry about bullking up. Just do it. Increase reps.. Just find a "Happy Place" to make yourself sore.

I did the same. my friend came over yesterday, and I put EASA1 in, and WOW! We we literally sweating in 5 minutes! It's awesome and easy to set up for 2 people! The only thing I need is another leg strap for the nunchuck, I put it in my pocket, but I think it would register better with a leg strap.

Mine is 0 too. Thats a weird stat! I think it's how many times, during workouts that you went to the menu, and skipped that excercise, but I'm not sure.
