  • If you have the iPhone, I highly suggest downloading "skimble workouts" and "yoga for weight loss" I have been using these apps a lot and they're enjoyable--it makes it easier to stay motivated. If you don't have the iPhone, youtube has lots of great work out videos if you find a reliable source. The zumba ones are fun :)

  • Hey I'm Sarah, I first weighed in at 163 (ish) and have lost about 4 lbs since I got back on MFP regularly as of a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping to find the motivation and support to help me get to my goal weight of 130. I'm very determined and can't wait to see how everyone progresses. This is so great!
  • I have the same dilemma as you...I was told it was a gluten intolerance (much less harsh in most cases than those with Celiacs) but I still have problems while trying to maintain a mostly gluten-free diet.
