I keep ice with me CONSTANTLY. Chewing or sucking on ice helps trick my brain into thinking I'm eating just because my mouth is busy. I find it helps the hungry feeling go away for awhile, or at least hold me over until time for the next planned meal.

Its good to hear that some of there are doctor and nutritionist recommended. That was my main concern. Some people have told me that weight loss shakes are bad for you. >.<;
