Ok so that is a pretty amazing transformation. You were good with the diet and cardio but the weight lifting gave you the body of a 19-20 yr old. I have been putting off working out. I need to get off my buns and tone up. Very inspiring.

I was 320 lbs when I started MFP in December. I am now 190 lbs and have 20 more lbs to lose to reach my goal weight. The weight loss is 100% due to MFP because I had never dieted in my life and had no clue how to lose weight. I also don't excercise but am going to start soon.
