Hi! I am back on Keto since Sunday. Why do I let myself fall off so easily? Well, at least I don't get the Keto flu and I feel very full. Is anyone doing Intermittent Fasting as well? I am working towards one to meals a day.

I do use Shakeology. I have it for breakfast after my morning workout. Seems to help. Definitely gives me energy and has cut my cravings. Some days I add a second protein shake using a regular protein powder.

I do live turbo kickboxing classes. I am fortunate to be able to take some classes with the creator Chalene Johnson. She teaches at 24 hour fitness near me. The other instructors I go to are on the turbo fire DVDs as well. I highly recommend it bathe movements can be confusing at first but keep at it. It us even more crazy…

I am on day 100 and have lost 43 lbs eating high protein diet. I am always way over on my protein and way under on my carbs. Generally my carbs come from fruit and vegetables. I normally have one to two days a week I allow myself "free" days where I don't follow so closely but it has worked fine for me. I am pretty happy…

If you want to get in protein do something like 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. Lots of protein and low calories.

I too have serious knee issues. Did day 1 today level 1 and I could not get through all the jumping jacks or jump rope only because it hurt my knee so when it hurt I just marched in place. Gonna keep trying it along with my other workouts

I am sure it is frustrating. I am like you and weigh everyday and Wei before I workout and after I workout. Wish I would stop that. Just continue what you are doing and also drink lots of water as that will help you overall with any swelling. Hugs to you!

I live in Lake Forest and go to Total Woman Gym in Laguna Hills. I have also been adding walks with a friend, We now do Lake Mission Viejo, Salt Creek Beach and Laguna Niguel Regional Park. Try to get in two workouts per day a few days per week. 2 weeks at doing this so far. Love the support here.

I weigh everyday first thing in the morning. I only record my weight here once a week but I need to see it daily. I also weigh before I go to bed at night which will give me an idea of how I will be in the morning.

Going to Mexico on April 25. Will be there for my birthday. Hoping to be down 40 lbs! Great motivator knowing I will be in bathing suits and shorts for 10 days

I am on day 3 using Fitness Pal. I too am motivated for now but need to stay motivated. 47 and feeling blah. Lost 30 lbs last year and gained it all back. Ugh. Hopingbthiscwill be a better journey. Need to lose about 60.
