Incline? You don't need an incline with the elipical, change the resistance level. I agree with this. I also have tattoos, but they are in places that are covered. I work in a hospital and if you have a tattoo that shows you have to cover it. It's the rules not discrimination.

It just takes time for your body to get used to all the changes. And you don't have too eat your calories back. That is an option if you want them. I have very seldom eaten back my excersice calories and I am not hungry or deprived and perfectly healthy.

If you lose 10lbs a month that is still under your 80-100, but it can be done. When I first started out I ate my calories and did cardio almost every day and I lost between 9-12 lbs a month. And there was nothing unhealthy about it. And I don't have saggy skin either.

Exactly why I take my own food and goodies to meetings. Our office meeting always consist of some kind of goody. So I take my Adkins bar and eat it along with them.

I go to the gym at 5 in the morning. There is no way I can eat anything tht early in the morning. I personally don't eat anything for breakfast until around 9 or 930. So I think it is just your preference. But if you feel that icky eating and then going, don't eat first. Wait until you're done.

I eat very little carbs and come no where close to what it tells me and I normally go over on my Protein. You'll be fine, you don't need to add more carbs.

There is no way that she is exercising like she says and eating that and NOT losing weight. You would certainly lose at least a couple lbs a month! I work out like that and eat about 1250 a day and have lost over 100 lbs in that time, just sayin

I have always worked out before breakfast. I go at 430-500 in the morning so there is no way that I am going to eat at that time. LOL I have never had a problem with it or it affecting me negativley.
