I used to donate until they shut my local clinic down. The only place to donate now is 4-5 hours away. And i'm also signed up to be an organ donor :)

I'm 5'6" and my goal is around 140lbs (65kgs). I find it hard to make a estimate of what weight i would like to be at because i have an athletic frame not a skinny one. I just want to be healthy.

When i'm feeling really unmotivated i just do a google picture search for some good motivational pictures, whether it's inspirational quotes or funny but true pictures :) Also i'm finding the more i come on MFP forum the more motivated i feel when looking at everyone elses success, especially the 30DS and Ripped in 30…

When i started MFP my goal was to just be Normal/Curvy, but after seeing all the inspirational people on here, doing the 30DS and Ripped in 30 or just their own workouts, i think i'd like to be Athletic/muscular.

I love being active! I am a regular horse rider and have been for the past 7 years, but during those 7 years i've never been the healthiest eater, so not really surprising i'm not in shape. But the first step to really changing was joining MFP and setting myself up for success!
