Are those people the same height as you? Because that makes a BIG difference, also Body Fat%, your Body Frame even genetics play a part as to where your body stores fats.

This part really stuck out at me. Your not only changing Physically but mentally as well, I have encountered a few Men who are not comfortable being around Confident Women, for some reason they NEED their partner to NEED them and be insecure and rely on them for comfort because it ,makes THEM feel better about themselves.…

Hmmmm 14% and/or 10% Muscles but no over doing it :) But if the right person came along and he didn't have any muscles then that wouldn't really matter either :wink:

I more or less went from "Not giving a Cr@p" to "Proud to be me whatever the case may be". I didn't really have a Low point. But i hope you start feeling better about yourself, because body image is as much about your mind as it is your body, maybe more so.

I have plans for a New wardrobe and a new Tattoo :)

Wow they sound really yummy, will have to give them a try. I sometimes use the 98% fat free cake boxes from the supermarket, use low fat milk then cook the batter in a muffin tin, so i have little single serving cakes. Would love to try some better recipes though, looking forwards to everyones posts :happy:

Hi! I started playing Parelli with my horse about 2 years, but been a Savvy member for about 1 year :) I just got a 3yo OTT Standardbred filly last November and have been training her to saddle using Parelli methods which is going fantastic! Good to see there is a Parelli group on MFP :)

I Have a hard enough time trying to make my Daily Calorie goal in the first place which MFP has calculated as 1,610 then working out usually adds another 400+ onto that.. I'm lucky if i can manage to eat 1,200, I don't skip meals or anything either.
