Today My plans are:smile: to do 3 miles of the 5 Really Big Miles! I really like that one. I like all of her DVD's she is very encouraging and very uplifting.

I love these challenges, I have done very well with this one. I done my 4 miles yesterday Walk Slim 4 Fast and Firm miles. Today's goal is 1 mile Walk the Walk and 50 crunches and reverse crunches, 25 pushup, 2 mins of planks, 30 triceps kickbacks, butterflies and biceps curls.
