  • I am 52 and tired of being overweight. 7 years ago I lost most of weight and kept it off for 2 years but I let 50 slowly slip back on. My goal is to lose 60 pounds and I have lost some but find it hard to keep tracking. I know if I don't track, I don't lose. Suggestions?
  • I;ve been trying for awhile....keep falling off. Need motivation to keep tracking because when you track you lose!:bigsmile:
