I've just done my mini challenge for the day, reverse sit ups are haaaard!! Never done them before, wasn't expecting them to hurt so much!

I'm going to cut out the junk I eat at work, no more cakes or sweets! Also got to try harder to control myself when I get home, most days I do well until I get home and think about dinner. Sometimes I'm so HUNGRY! Good luck everyone!!

Today was day 7 of L1 for me and I'm starting to get bored!! I'm also getting painful shins, not shin splints as I've known them before though. It's a different sort of feeling! My start weight on Monday was 159lbs, today when I weighed I was 155.6lbs! Have only managed 30DS 4 times this including today, and body combat on Thursday. Might do it again tonight...does that count as day5??

At the moment, my aim is to do 30DS 5 times a week at least, one night is dedicated to Body Combat and the other...well I'll wait and see!!

I did my 3rd day last night, missing a day today to go to Body Combat. I'm terribly impatient with these things so my tape measure and scales come out on a daily basis! BUT...already noticing inch-loss. Not whole ones yet but little bits, it's these sorts of things that spur me on. It's actually working!!! Hope everyone…

I wish I was noticing something happening to my thighs and bum, they're my real problem areas and 30DS doesn't seem to be helping yet. I guess it's fairly early days, just done day 8 of L1, but I was hoping to see some improvement by now. It's a little disheartening!

Me neither, squats and lunges don't touch my thighs and bum at all! I wish I could just skim off an inch or 2!

My thighs and bum, they're pretty toned but just huuuge! I have real issues finding trousers to fit properly coz they fit on the legs and bum and then massive around my waist.

I'm now on day 6, you suddenly get a breakthrough day where it doesn't hurt half as much and ti becomes a lot easier. I think by the time I get to day 10 I'll be ready to move on, if not before!

I've just completed day 4 of level 1 and I'm enjoying so far, it's pretty hard to start with but today I found it a lot easier. If you have a look at other forums on here you'll see some amazing results. It's more about the toning and inch loss rather than losing pounds.

I did day 4 of level one this morning, it's definitely getting easier and I think I can see an improvement around my waist and hips already though that may be wishful thinking! Trying to decide whether to have a day off over the weekend or to just keep powering through!

I've just finished my 3rd day and I ache sooo much! You've given me a little hope saying that your 4th day is better =D I'm so much hungrier after doing this, literally starving all day. I've been drinking a lot more water too, hoping it will fill me up rather than eating.

Day 3 done, pretty achey today but I'm sticking at it! Might look into something yoga-ish tonight, stretch out a little. I seem to be best doing 30DS in the morning, getting out of the way before work and it then gives me the evening to do another activity/watch tv =D

I have just done my first day of 30DS, I feel I'm going to ache a bit tomorrow!! My legs felt like they were on fire but now that I've stopped, I think I've recovered quite well. Maybe tomorrow I'll push myself a little more if I'm not hurting too much!
