I do Taekwondo, so I go on their schedule, which is Monday at 7:30 PM, Tuesday at 7 PM, Wednesday at 7 PM, and Saturday morning at 9 AM. Hey Mom, I just requested you as a friend too. I figured this out. It says 10,000 steps a day is roughly 3.2 miles, right? Walking 1 mile burns about 100 calories, so walking 3.2 miles would burn 320 calories. Try plugging that in as your number. I'm thinking that may work. Lauren
