I walk on the treadmill at 3.5 for 30 min every other day, and the other days I walk with the dog and pushing the stroller for about 20 min.

So I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and I have lost 6 pounds. I'm pretty happy about that and decided to take my measurements just to see, and I have not lost one inch ANYWHERE!:mad: I know it hasn't really been that long, but when did you start losing inches?

I am 2 weeks into MFP and I feel better than I have in a long time. Tracking my food this way, I now realize just how much I was eating before! Reading all of your success stories and looking at your before and after pictures keeps my on track whenever I'm craving something. You guys are such an inspiration!

I eat between 1200-1500 depending on my exercise for the day, and I'm usually right on target for my protein, fat, etc. Not sure about iron though...Thanks, you guys are so helpful!

So I have been seriously doing MFP for about a week and a half now, and I love it! My only problem is, most mornings I wake up feeling sooo dizzy and weak. I don't go to bed starving (bowl of cereal about 2 hrs before), I try to drink a glass of water beforehand to hold me over, and I always feel better after breakfast. I…
