Mine has been for 11 years and is usually at a 7 ..... Chiro has helped but not for more than a few hours.... I have trouble getting dr's to take me seriously about it. How did you get help? I live in Canada, so medical may be different than where you live. For losing weight, I do low impact and definitely prefer floor…
