  • Remember that muscle weighs more than fat! I would keep an eye on the measurements and how you feel more closely than what the scale says. :)
  • I've been doing something like aclay29 - sweet potato black bean tacos! Whole wheat soft wraps, with cubed sweet potato (baked at 350 for an hour), and black beans with a little bit of garlic powder tossed in, then I dip the taco in plain greek yogurt!
