peel a section off the top and bottom of the egg, then hold it in your hand and blow it thru the shell. I don't eat eggs myself but have seen it done that way

just finished day 1, I was on before and lost 65 lbs but washorrible and let all the junk food work its way back in. when realizing my dr could be back on insulin I started again and I can say it really does work! I just hate the headache I get around day 2 or 3

I read the books and by the 2nd one I was saying to myself "ok, I get it, you like each other. A LOT!" I sadly read the 3rd one that had a glimpse of a plot about 10 pages before it ended. I read the movie spoiler online for it and asked a friend who saw it and it doesn't sound like something I'd be interested in.
