I am so surprised to hear that someone else is having the same problem that I am at this time. I to have lost 26lbs. this past year and am now stuck at a number that will not go down? I work out 3-5 times a week at a local fitness center and am keeping about a 1100 calorie day status. Cannot understand why I am not loosing…

I have a short goal now of 30 lbs. by April but have not been doing the best. Would love any help or advice on what to do when you get to a point where you become weak and go off the wagon so to speak. never had a drinking or drug problem. I love cottage cheese. My mom gave me a great idea yrs. ago. I put cucumbers and onion in it along with a sprinkle of sugar and salt and pepper. and when tomatoes are in season i add chopped tomatoes to this as well.

i have been really bummed as well because I am following this plan and liking it, but I recently weighed in and lost 12lbs. then within a week gained 3 back:( can't understand why???? sad and worried i am not doing something right.

Have you tried the mini rice cakes? they come in different flavors. I like the cheddar and caramel. you can have 7 cakes for only 40 calories I believe it is.

I heard about these noodles on the Dr. OZ show. He swears by them for a great side. I am really anxious to try them now. love pasta and veggies and this sounds great!
