  • I use Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powders, cheapest at supplementwarehouse.com (it costs way more at GNC!) It's no carbs, many flavors, and I drink it with original almond milk (60 cals) for the carbs to help my body metabolize the protein. Remember to drink the shake within 30-60 minutes of lifting weights. good luck!
