Thanks Karen....Good for you...that is wonderful...Now I just need to set my mind straight with this weight I have gained since I quit...But...I know I can do it...and this site is wonderful...We all need encouragement..

It was hard to quit smoking until I made up my mind...which is what I will have to do with the weight...would love to have friends to help me along...and I will try and be as supportive..Thanks :smile:

Good Luck on both...baby and weight loss....I am new too...have gained so much since I quit smoking....looking to get back down where I can fit into my clothes again....wearing my fat clothes now

I love sweets and am really serious about losing my weight for my health and looks. Hope to make a lot of friends along the way. I am 53 and an LPN. I would appreciate any tips/ advice. Will post picture later.
