Do you have any exercise dvd's? I have P90X, and it helps! I also just bought the Leg Magic. Both are things you can do at home.

Oh I did that too! I pulled a muscle in my calf. But all is good! I will not be pushing myself as hard in the class tomorrow, just so I don't overly injure myself! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at a 4.5 incline, and going back and forth between 4.2-6.2 speeds, and hour of Zumba, and then some weight lifting. I feel great! Now if I could only see the changes! Time, I know it takes time!

I just did my first Zumba class tonight, and now I am beat! That was an amazing workout, loved it. Can't wait to go back!! Anyone else going to classes near them?

First and foremost, if you have been seeing a physician regarding your injury, please consult with them as to exercise you can do with your knee. You don't want to cause more damage by doing the wrong thing.

What did you get? If I'm running behind, I usually stick to the apple dippers at McDonald's, and throw away or refuse the caramel. Past that, I'm out of ideas.

I am with you! Stock up on fruits and veggies. But it will be insanely hard to give up dairy products for me. But in reality, I don't truly eat them enough for it to make a difference.
