  • DId w4d2 today and I want to shoot myself during those 5 minute runs - but I did them. Hoping week 5 goes smoothly - I too am nervous/anxious about w5d3....
  • Finished up w2d3 today -start w3d1 on thursday! I sorta ran w3d1 today - I ran two 3 minute sessions and 3 90 second sessions, because I had a stitch in my side (ache) and it hurt to quit running, so I just kept running! So I know I can do this!

  • Doing W2D3 tonight - looking forward to it! This is my 2nd try at c25k and if I remember right - dont' sweat week 3 - it is harder because you run 3 minutes, but you only run a total of 4 times. Pace wise - I run around 5.5-6.2 mph (depending on how tired I am) and walk any where between 3.3-4.3 MPH. Looking forward to…
  • I am a teacher and I know it is hard to ignore the school cafeteria. I try to pack a sandwich on wheat bread (just meat and bread for me) - Light chips, water, and fresh fruit, but I know it is way more expensive to do that than to just eat at school. I hope that helps!:smile:
  • My kids motivate me! I want to stay healthy for them! I love them so much and want to be a good mom! I have 2 kids a son - 3 and daughter almost 2. I want to lose the rest of the weight that I gained having back to back prengancies and not shedding it all! I need to lose about 25 pounds. Hopefully can do that before summer!
  • Ariana - I too am new to fitness pal and am starting my weightloss journey now! I have had two kids and would love to get back into shape! I am inspired by your motivation and hope we can work together!
