hi - female - 66 ! years old. Diagnosed with ADHD last year. I too need an accountability buddy if you're interested. I have c-ptsd (self diagnosed but really...) I don't need to dwell on that but the ADHD thing (and a few food issues) makes my life tricky and I get disheartened quickly. want to lose 25 lbs.

yes, and I'm from BC! it's 35 degrees in the shade in front of my house today!! but we just lived through rain and rain and rain and rain so am not going to complain! am not!! drank 4 club sodas with lemon in a row today - phew - think i was a bit dehydrated!
