I'm on block 2 week 1. I've lost 4 lbs. since starting it. I haven't missed a day, following program to a tee. Normally do modified version though.

I went to a blood drive and wasn't able to give because my blood pressure was too high. I've lost 30 lbs and bp is now considered "normal". Would still like to lose about 10 more.

I've been tracking what it says and out of the last 13 wks, I've weighed less than it says I would 11 of the 13 wks. Yes, I think it's pretty accurate.
