I think it's possible. 10 weeks, 3 lbs a week. It won't be easy; but if you limit your carbs and keep your workout long and slow, you can control your appetite and curb your cortizole so your not hungry. Good luck.

Cut your carbs to under 50. Your workouts will suffer but the weight will come off. It's not easy but it works.

I believe it's not the calories but the makeup of those calories. You need to eat high protein, low carb (no bad carbs). That should boost your metobolic rate. And, you shouldn't be hungry. I've been very successful at it.

Oh my. that's alot. I wouldn't eat that many exercise calories. I only eat back about 250-300 if I'm staying at or under 1200 or 1500. BTW. JMHO. I have found my strenuous workout shoot off my cartazole and I eat WWWAAAAAYYYYY more. If I may suggest scaling back your workout, you may be less hungry and actually lose more.…
