First of all slow weight loss is better than none or going the other direction. Second learn to love your body and it's perceived flaws. That will make your journey more bearable. I can't see the thigh picture, but I am sure they are like everyone's thighs- we all wish they were smaller.

Glad you clarified that. Anytime I hear my husband won't let me do something I think abusive relationship. Why not just lift the weights, and not tell him how much you are doing. When he sees the results then you can tell him what you did to get there.

I don't think it's true. My husband and I have both had kidney stones, and spinach wasn't on the list of foods to avoid. In fact the doctor says that no one is really sure what causes them.

If you ever see this again Weight Watchers points are roughly 30-50 calories per point. The formula used to be almost exactly 50 calories per point, but it has been changed. The calorie count for this recipe is 163 per serving.

For frosting I take one 8 oz of whipped cream and an instant pudding mix- either chocolate or vanilla. It makes a real yummy topping. My favorite is Sprite with a yellow cake mix and the chocolate pudding mix.

I don't think you can get too much fiber. I think you may have to increase water if you get too much fiber. As far as I know though it is kind of like Vitamin C whatever you don't need just gets eliminated.

Surprisingly I have found that almond butter and celery usually fix the sugar craving. I didn't think it would be sweet, but since I have cut out added sugar a lot of foods seem sweeter. Also fruit (even though it has fructose) is what I use to get rid of the sugar craving.

My advice is to talk to a doctor/psychiatrist and see if he or she thinks you need medication. It's hard to motivate yourself if there is a chemical imbalance or something physically wrong. I like the Enell sports bras, but you absolutely must be a C or larger cup size. They sumply aren't made for the smaller sized breast. I am a 42G and they work very well.

I think the main concern with rapid weight loss is gaining it all back. I think at a younger age you may be able to lose weight more quickly and it would be fine.
