I would swap the cereal for eggs and fruit...or better n peanut butter on whole grain toast. Get a little more bang for your calories.

You eat back your exercise calories because MFP is set up to give you only enough calories to function if you are bedridden. It expects you to add in exercise calories. That's why the daily goals are so low. You should always net at least 1200. If you don't want to eat back your exercise calories, figure out your TDEE- 20%…

Is the turkey sausage new? Is it all turkey? Is it nitrate free? Do just egg beaters bother you. I would try eating one food at a time and see how that does. Also, it may just be a lot of protein giving you a full feeling. Do you drink a lot of water and get a lot of fiber. Maybe you just need a good poop.

The only issue with eating late is of you aren't waking up hungry. Don't eat just because you have calories left, eat because you are hungry (or maybe because you have room for the rare treat). Also, I find that eating my biggest meal at breakfast, then a medium size meal at lunch, followed by a small dinner helps me not…

I developed some tendonitis in my foot/ankle after tapping for years. My doc has told me to rest a lot, and the only cardio that is approved for now is swimming and biking. No walking or running.

I try to record it all, but if I am over a little because I chose to have some extra fruit or veggies, I don't stress about it. Honestly, if you are eating lower calorie fruits and veggies, it shouldn't make that much of a difference. However, things like bananas that average about 100 calories each, should always be…

No, but if you aren't hungry when you wake up (or within an hour of getting up), I would take a look at what you are eating at night. You don't need a big intake of calories before bed, so after a full nights rest your body should be ready for food again.

I eat my biggest meal in the morning. out of my 1200 calories + exercise I get per day, my breakfast is usually about 600. I also eat about 30-40 grams of protein at that meal and this is where I get the bulk of my carbs for the day. I stay full until about 2 pm. My meals get progressively smaller from there. Lunch is…

Just log every single thing you eat every day, no matter how bad it is. You can't begin to make healthy changes until you know exactly how you eat.

To sum up what everyone has said, I would eat healthy, nutritious foods for the next few months and eat at your maintenance level instead of trying to lose weight. Give your metabolism a change to recover.

I usually have scrambled egg beaters with cheese or a protein shake made with low fat chocolate milk. (it's my secret weapon against ice cream). Of course if you are above a net of 1200 calories, you don't have to eat them back. Sometimes I will save them for the morning. I have many days, especially when I work out a lot…

As long as you are hungry for breakfast in the morning when you wake up, feel free to eat before bed. I always eat before bed because I get hungry at night. However, I can tell when I am eating too much at bed time when I am not hungry for breakfast after sleeping 8 hours. Its called "break fast" for a reason. You should…

I like "you look hungry, your cheeks look sunken in. I want to force feed you. " Seriously, they're called cheek bones, and you can finally see mine again.

just start walking. walk everywhere you can, for as long as you can. take as many walks a day that you can fit it. You can lose a ton of weight with just watching your diet and moving a little bit more each day. Once you get to where you are comfortable, then go to the gym. I still hate going to the gym alone, so I make my…

Buy and cook in bulk. Every time I make a meal that can be frozen, I double it and freeze half of it. Once the freezer is full, we start eating out of it. I also saved a ton of money by starting a cooking co-op with friends. We used our costco membership to buy groceries in bulk when they go on sale or there was a coupon…

Also, remember that the slate is not wiped clean at mid night. If you blew it today, you can always exercise your butt off over the next couple of days and it will still make a difference.

I enter it as circuit training
-
it expects you to enter all your exercise calories and then eat those back as well.

A lot of it depends on what types of food you eat. If you don't want to eat back your exercise calories so that you net at least 1200 (which you really should be doing), figure out your TDEE and eat that. Yes, you may plateau sooner. Also, you may not be burning fat. Instead you may be losing muscle mass which means you…

you can get a seat pad that helps with the "punched in the crotch" feeling. However, that will go away with time. I lost a ton of weight a few years ago spinning twice a week. For your first few classes, just try to stay on the bike the whole time and keep peddling...even if it's slow. It is a really intense class, and you…

What I would do: Take the total calories you ate today, and subtract today's calorie goal from it. Divide the remainder by 6, and log that number of calories over the next 6 days. I wouldn't do this on a regular basis, but it is how I recover from a binge. It also helps remind you to make good choices the rest of the week…

I don't know if niacin causes rosacea, but niacin is known to cause facial flushing even if you don't suffer from rosacea. They eve sell a "flush free" form of niacin for those who need B3 supplements (helps with high cholesterol). Make sure you aren't confusing regular niacin flush with rosacea flush.

How about you get a little perspective- caring for a loved one who is dealing with a serious illness can place a serious toll on your wellbeing. Not only does it create a ton of emotional stress, it can also age you because of all of the physical manifestations due to the stress. Have you every cared for someone on a day…

seriously? They were judged when they were heavy, and now your judging them because they aren't the right type of skinny? Go deal with your own issues instead of projecting them on others.

Turkey has the largest digestible forms of iron, which is why I buy it. We still eat beef, in fact my husband almost demands a burger at least twice a month, so I wait until he asks for it to buy it. Also, if you find that your turkey burgers are a little dry, adding an egg and grated onion will help with that.

I used to only track calories, and I lost some, but I seem to lose easier and I am less hungry when I track my macros. I think it has a lot to do with where you are in your weight loss journey. I found that my momentum was slowing down a lot when I was just tracking calories and I was starving. I am sure this varies person…

You can not OD on protein unless you have kidney disease. Also, I find that changing my macro goals to 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat has really helped me to feel full all the time AND lose weight.
-
your hungry. Make sure you are eating back your exercise calories and getting at least 25 grams of lean protein per meal.

measure your food, drink lots of water, watch your sodium, and most importantly: eat at least 80% of your exercise calories (or figure out your TDEE and eat that).
