  • The easiest way to explain it is- always keep your Net Calories higher than 1200. You will hear so many different pieces of advice on creating a deficit or needing to eat more to lose more. You can (and I do) always eat back your exercise calories, but whatever you do, keep that net at at least 1200. Just figure that you…
  • I had this...but I always made sure my boot was visible so people knew I wasn't just unable to walk.
  • Oh my gosh this happened to me yesterday! I was good though!
  • 1. It's easier to just stop wearing underwear...saves on laundry too. 2. It makes it easier to just head straight to the gym! 3. Except running shorts with the built in panty (also addresses #1)...but don't run in them, because chaffing is still an issue regardless of inner thigh space. 4. It's ever worse when it kicks. 5.…
  • if it decreases your calories burned, don't log it. I never log an activity unless I am in the water or it is something seated, like stationary biking.
  • As long as you eat back enough to be at 1200 net (calories eaten- calories burned = net calories), so you will be fine. If I am really hungry, I eat all my exercise calories. Otherwise, I just make sure I am over 1200 net.
  • Are you eating your exercise calories? Because if you aren't then you are still creating a deficit, hence the weight loss. Also, if you are trying to gain, you should have your settings set to weight gain, not maintenance. Also, I recommend changing your macros to 30% protein and 15% fat instead of the default of 15%…
  • If 5mph is a 12 minute mile, you need to log it at a slower Mph.
  • probably not really possible, but I would try Pilates. The focus is not at all on bulk, and I have seen some tightening as opposed to bulking. I too have big legs, and I just try to work legs less.
  • what ever is "normal" for you is fine. However, healthy poop should taper at the end and have an "S" shape. The texture and shape is more important than when.
  • I totally get it. It's like, why does it seem so easy for them. For the record, it is harder to see your own progress. In stead of focusing on the weight loss, try focusing on something else that you have more control over...like getting in 10,000 steps a day. Then you can be like "I rock, I got 10,000 steps in today!"…
  • Change how much you are eating. I alternate my calorie goals between 1 pound loss per week and 1.5 loss per week. The 1.5 is a little hard, and I usually end up exercising more so I can eat more, but it really helps with the plateau. I always eat back my exercise calories. As soon as I hit a plateau (1 week without a…

  • 4 meals a day, 4 hours apart. No more than 4, or you get hangry. Any less than 4, you don't get a chance to burn your fat stores.
  • Are you really active? 1800 might be too much if you aren't really active. I would drop it down to 1500 and see how it goes...unless you are really active. Also, going from not very many calories to a lot of calories can make you briefly gain weight, but it should work its self out. Also, based on your weight, I am worried…
  • I do mine for the week! It is the only way I stay on track. It also helps me to plan out my grocery list.
  • yes! eat all of them...unless you notice you hit a serious plateau. Then only eat 80% of them until you hit another plateau...then go back to eating all of them.
  • unless you are gluten intolerant, giving up gluten wont do a darn thing. Giving up simple carbs, maybe. Fruit has fiber. I wouldn't give up fiber. So basically, this all sounds like bad advice. Second opinion!
  • Cup size has stayed the same, but my band size has gone down. I do feel like I have extra boob skin though. That's not cool.

  • Eating under 1000 calories is your problem. You need to slowly up your calories over the next week. Try to at least get 1200 net a day.
  • 4 meals,4 hours apart.
  • If you feel afraid, listen to that feeling. It's better to over react, than to under react and end up dead.
  • Try to get in a bigger breakfast with lots of protein.
  • how have you not murdered anyone yet? You need to eat back those exercise calories. Give it 6 weeks of eating exercise calories and then reevaluate. Also, where are you getting your numbers for calories burned from? When you eat back exercise calories, I highly recommend wearing some sort of monitor so you know what you…
  • I used to to the double bra thing...it's not great for your ladies, especially if you are breast feeding. Panache and chantal are great brands for large chests. By large, I mean the E's, F's, G's, etc... You can actually find them in a normal band size (Im a 36G) instead of not finding a big enough cup or only finding huge…
  • check our Bare Necessities.com. I still like one with an underwire because I don't like the uni boob look. If there is a Intimacy store in your area, I highly recommend going in for a fitting.
  • if you are within your calories and macros, eat as much as you want.
  • From what my husband has experienced, when he's depressed he doesn't want to eat, but when his meads are working he enjoys all things more...including food. Instead of beating himself up over his calories, he just tries to make a really good effort to log absolutely everything he eats- even if it is 1000's of calories…
  • I like to set mine at sedentary, and then log all my exercise calories. That way if I have a lazy day, I know I am not over eating.
  • I really recommend trying the 4 meals every 4 hours plan. I had a big problem getting the scale to move and I was having huge fluctuations between days. It isn't anything extreme, but instead of have 6 small meals throughout the day, you cut back to 4 slightly bigger meals at least 4 hours apart. I know people swear by…
  • if she is eating back her exercise calories, 1200 is fine. I am 5'3 as well, and I do the same...and I have looked at my TDEE. Try changing your macros to 30% protein and 15% fat and drink a ton of water. I also eat 4 meals, 4 hours apart about 300-500 calories each. That really helped the scale start moving for me. You…
