Replying to BobbiCleric: She wants to loose more than 4 lbs. before her husband comes back. I believe jump starting her diet by cutting back in her calorie intake will help.

I recommend the book, "The Fat Smash Diet" by Dr. Ian K. Smith. If you really want to loose the lbs. try his book and stay on Phase 1. The first 9 days will show results. Dr. Ian will tell you the foods to eliminate that you really don't need. When my husband did it, he lost 12 lbs in the first 9 days. He weighed 243 lbs…
