SW:159.8 lbs. CW:156.2 lbs. GW: 140.0 lbs. 7/5-157 lbs. 7/12-159.2 lbs. 7/19-156.2 lbs. 7/26-154.0 lbs. 7/31 (Thursday)-154.6 lbs. -Saturday and Sunday make it difficult to lose the pounds. :( July Weight Loss-157-154.6=2.4 lbs. Overall Weight Loss-159.8-154.6=5.2 lbs.
