I start my hybrid tomorrow!! I am so excited... I am going to get me some 20 pound weights this week also. I was so excited when I curled them for 10 reps lol. I love being strong! I am seriously considering becoming Turbo Kick certified. I need more practice with the moves. Although I know the moves while watching the dvd, I dont remember them after I turn the dvd off. My goal that by February I will go for my cert. I will be lighter my then also. Shima

I definetly feel the difference. I know that if I didnt release any weight in numbers on the scale, I did in inches definetly. I love Turbo Fire and I'm glad I did the inferno plan. It is really helping me to know the steps. Im about to do Fire 45 and HIIT 20 followed by Stretch 10. Thats day 4!!

Did Fire 45 new to class and it totatally kicked my butt! I love it. got 810 calorie burn followed by 89 calories burnt by doing stretch 10 right after. I LOVE TURBO FIRE BOOM I GOT YOUR BOYFRIEND!!! I GOT YOUR MAN!!!! Shima

Did a little research and I think shin splints is exactly what I have. I found some great exercise and stretchs for it. I am also going to invest in some Vibram FiveFinger shoes. I always found that I run the fastest barefoot so Im really looking forward to getting a pair. Thanks to everyone. SHima
