I went from 170 to 135 ten years ago during my sophomore year of college. Then every year I gained about 5-10 lbs. I peaked at 214 in 2011! I stopped watching what I ate, and it slowly went up. I think I went up a pant size every year. I let stress get the better of me and ate away my feelings.

All you got to tell them is that you're full. I would surely hope they don't pressure you to binge. If it's family, then it shouldn't hurt to tell them you are on a diet plan, right? I try to snack healthy before I go to a party. I look up everything on MFP and log them in before I eat.

I use pumpkin instead of oil and eggs with brownie mix! Just one 15oz can with a box mix, nothing else! Bake at the usual time.
