I used to be a major coffee drinker. I measured my intake by how many pots of coffee I could drink in a day - not cups... but the cream and sugar were holding me back from meeting my weightloss/fitness goals. Now I have my 1 morning cup of (:drinker: pure bliss), Dunkin Donuts coffee with splenda and half & half cream.…

I been soda free (diet and regular) for a couple of months now and I don't regret it. I feel much better these days. I had an awful headache for the first week then it went away. I noticed my energy zapped the first few days but that went away as well. I would try getting more water. If you can't handle the plain water try…

I'm 5'3" and over 200 lbs I've been bouncing back and forth for a while now trying to get under the 200 mark. In the past I would get so frustrated and give up. I had an "Ahaha!" moment in April of this year and I'm sticking to losing this weight. I haven't seen Onderland (as they call it on MFP) in @ 17 years so I'm…

I usually get my workouts in the evening. I too have a busy schedule (4 kids - 3 still at home, full-time job, volunteer work). My husband is gracious enough to cook dinner for us so I get a 30-45 minute workout then and yes I'm tired before I start but once I've commited to it, I feel energized after I'm done. Chin up...…

I've been all over the scale this month. I lost 1 pound in the first week only to gain back 4 in the second week :( . I've had a busy month (mostly because of other people making plans for me..) and I've not been able to exercise like I want to. Now I'm in recovery mode, trying to recoup and lose the 4 I gained plus the 9…
