umm, I don't remember those kind of issues on Keto and I've been doing Keto for almost 2 years. Hmmm I've never tried BPC but if its what I think it is (Bullet-Proof Coffee) try some spray-on stain remover like shout, or a tide pen, etc.. As far as countertops... 409, Mr. Clean. Good Luck I know how upsetting it is to ruin a fav shirt.

I've been swamped at work this past week and my activity has dipped. I'm still 20 miles shy with only 6 days left of this month.... Boy oh, boy! I've got to get movin!! Here's my stats so far 30 miles all done / 50 miles - goal

Mine did the same thing last night. I checked my fitbit yesterday and I had @ 200 calories. Then when I finished for the day and reached my goal it only showed 150 I got more "points" for less activity? That didn't make any sense to me. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
