Ive been on my weight loss journey since Oct 2013, never have I ever considered giving up my coffee. for me its just NOT AN OPTION. I've cut back on the cream, sugar, etc. but I will always make room in my calories/macros for Coffee :drinker: YUMMMM just thinking about it makes me want to turn on the Keurig (LOL)

MFP does have a recommended amount of calories you can intake. However, you can adjust your goals to coincide with your Low carb diet. If you go over your calories for any given day, it simply turns a different color to let you know you've exceeded the goal you've set.

If you are not getting enough fiber by way of foods you eat try a fiber supplement. They make the "Gummies" Fiber Supplements ( especially if you want to avoid the chalky - gritty flavor of the power)

I only have 1 "Back-End" ... UGH! I hate it when she says "I say Back-end, Cat...." That's the part of the workout when I zone out LOL other than that. I love, love, love her DVD's. My husband on the other hand hates her laugh. If it's "Leslie" time and I'm working out in the family room, he's in another room. Poor guy...…

I've been low carbing since Oct 2013 so far I've noticed: More energy No bloating Don't feel like I'm "bottoming out" around 3pm

I don't know about drinking coffee before a workout... never tried it. I have tried drinking a cup of coffee first thing, wait 1-2 hours and then eat. I usually end up eating less. I'm curious to know if anyone else has tried it

I have one.. LOVE IT! I use Dunkin Donuts K-Cups or I have the attachment for the coffee grounds and make my own Generally I use splenda in my coffee and unsweetened almond milk or half & half
