I use Splenda & Unsweetened Almond Milk in my coffee that I make at home. 1 Cup of UAM = 30 cal. 2.5 g fat , no sugar. doesn't taste bad either imo. Edited to say: And no I don't use the whole cup in one cup of coffee - Just when I drink the whole 12 cup pot :laugh:

I used to log all my Leslie walks under "walking" but now that I have my Fitbit so it just comes over as steps (much easier to track imo) :laugh:

Instead of raiding the fridge and mindlessly snacking after dinner last night, I ate some fruit.

I would highly recommend a Fitbit One. I've had mine since Jan 19th of this year and love it. It counts steps, stairs climbed, gives you calories burned. You can set daily or weekly goals. It definatly motivates you to do more. Oh yeah, bonus ... it syncs to MFP

I'm in for March. My goal will be 40 miles. I missed my goal in February because I was sick with a cold for 3 weeks and couldn't breathe when I worked out :sad:

Are you from Jax, FL?? when I was delivering my baby girl (@20 years ago) I knew a delivery nurse who told me a baby boy named ****head (Shi-Theed) was born the same day.. Small world if its the same one... weird if there are 2 walking around with the same name LOL
