I made mine into a "breakfast bar" shape and I think its amazing!!! I used 1 cup quick oats 3 small/medium bananas ( they were frozen in my freezer) 2 tbsp chocolate chips,crushed up 15 g of almonds and a butload of cinnamon,baked for 15 minutes on a greased pan. I am backing up the special k cracker chips! I buy reduced salt french onion soup mix and make a dip with a tbsp of that and a tbsp of light hellmans and light sour cream. Such a yummy snack.

It took me 9 months to put the weight on,and Im giving myself 9 months to lose it,so by september 19th I'd like to have lost the last 21 pounds. Thats just under 2 1/2 pounds a month,so I could definitely reach my goal early too.

I am rbf right now,adding 500 for now. Guess its a test to see if I am able to lose weight with that ,or if lowering it a bit will mess up my supply.

if your not hungry don't eat. Your not going to go into starvation mode and deplete your stores in one day. That being said don't make a habit of it.

I usually just log it as weight lifting ( the one under cardio though) It might burn more then that ( 170 or so for me a 5 '3" 115 lb person) because there is a it of cardio in it but its better to be a little under then over in calorie estimation.

Everything has water in it . There are lots of fruit and veggies that you get water from (watermelon,celery,etc) Then theres teas,juices etc.
