make mini pizza and that way your boys can get interactive in the pizza. You can use english mufins or tortilla shells,and they can add their own toppings and cheese. This way you can add lots of veggies/good stuff to your own without making them suffer.

Here was me last summer at 110. I have since gone up to 116 but am trying to work my way back down. I want to build up some more muscle this time though so I am fine between 110-115. edit: I am 5' 3.5"

On a good day I think Im kind of cute at a good angle. Most days I find myself repulsive. Although I got hit on on the bus today by a pretty good looking guy so some people must find my qualities attractive.

IM 5'3" ish. My goal is 110 - I am small framed with no booty to speak of . make a cup of tea? Go for a walk? Are you really hungry or is it just habit? I would suggest a bigger breakfast,try adding peanut or protein powder to your hot cereal. Have a bigger serving of fruit with it.

I've been "back on the wagon" since December 26th,I have over eaten a few times but never in excess. I exercise 4 days a week,and other then dropping the holiday bloat I've not lost any yet. Im not giving up though because looking ahead is better then moving backwards.

A few off my list: -Volunteer at a health centre/ build a school in Africa -Have a natural childbirth - See lots of europe ( Germany,Prague,France,Greece to name a few) - Go to India - Publish a childrens book.

peppers mostly for the fajitas ,but you can throw in any frozen mix you have for the stirfry and anything like mushrooms,onion,tomato,or zuchini goes well in both. You can always put some rice on as a side too.

do roast the first night,but then chop it all up and makes stir fry the next night,and fajitas the next time with those leftovers. This is what my mom does all the time with roasts.

Theres no way you would go through 2 jars of pb a month,swap one of them for 4 $ worth of fruit or veggies. Also who bother buying a sack of sugar ,just "borrow" a cup fo sugar from a neighbour every now and then and spend that money on a clubpack of the cheapest meat you can find,portion it out and freeze it.

I want my stomach to look carved. Its still a gut right now,but last time I was 110 I was pretty close to what I wnated,so I want to get back there first ( 5 pounds to go) and then do a round or two of the shred.

Personally I think the entire phrase is offensive. I know some girls who are tiny with extremly fast metabolisms. They wish they could gain weight because of people saying things like "Real women have curves". Real women are women who respect themselves. saw somebody already mentioned this,but I still stand by it.

I eat it- in moderation. I crave salt on my period,if I don`t treat myself I end up binging. It gets pretty ugly between regular period bloating and my salt cravings I can `gain` up to 7 pounds that week of the month.
