Love to cook! Don't always get to,since I live with my mother-in-law who cooks a lot and I also work shift work. But I definitely get creative on my days off!

I can't drive.... I also can't bake... ( But I sure can cook!)

the book skinny ***** says don't eat till your hungry. If your body isn't sending out hunger signals first thing in the morning its because its not done its work ( all the healing and repairing and digesting your body does at night)

I think they're healthy personally. They are my favourite source of protein.

look up WW pumpkin mousse. I can't remember the recipe off hand but its pretty simple ( vanilla pudding mix and something else) and makes a yummy snack a little lighter then yogurt.

YES,its so good on scrambled eggs. Also I don't know if you can find a good low cal variety where you live but I buy "fancy lebanese bakery" mini pitas. You cut them up and microwave them for a minute or so and you have a whole plate of "chips" for 50 cals, and they're low carb too!

thanks for the opinions,I am going to try it out.

Do you have a hot air popper? Buy some popcorn kernals. Or buy "light" popcorn ( most places have 100 calori bags) and season with things like chili powder, garlic powder,or powdered parmesan cheese. Greek yogurt makes a great filling snack. pretzels are pretty low cal. peanut butter and dark chocolate is great to satisfy…

there is no alternative to peanut butter that could possibly measure up.

Greek yogurt is great for protein as well as cheese.

Had a friend on my old account that logged "masturbating" several times an entry almost everyday. I don't care if she masturbates,it was certainly more then I cared to know.

All time favourite running song ever. Nothing makes you want to work on your cardio more then the fear of impending zombie attacks!

get the sandwhich but swap the fries for salad with dressing on the side.

Doesn't matter that much. The biggest part of weight loss is a calorie deficit. I once read an article about a professor that lost a ton of weight by eating only snack cakes for a month. He lost weight-but felt like crap and put it back on. Your body only knows that fat is fat,but choosing healthier fats helps to train…

pizza can be good for you. I mean in America they count it as a vegetable right? I'd say go thin crust and mostly veggie ( chicken is probably the healthiest meat in a pizza parlour)

casseroles. Baked noodle casseroles,or stovetop rice casserole. You can do a double batch and have supper for 2 nights. The only prep time is chopping some veggies and cooking your carb. Use tomato sauce as your base ( lowest cal sauce) and let the kids top their own bowls with cheese if your low for cals instead of mixing…

I liked it! There were several moves I couldn't get the hang of though -mostly in level 2. But I didn't find it as intense at the 30 day shred.

add it to omelletes or quiche. Make salads, add it to your chicken salad sandwhiches, add to cassaroles or smoothies. Spinach is my absolute favourite veggie in the world. You can incorporate it into almost any meal, for any time of the day.
