I know,I just don't usually have calories left by this point cause I feel hungry all day long and use them up. Was more hoping for some examples of what others on shift work did with their calories.

Im a nurse assistant in an ICU,and also a mental health unit. Single mama. Most of my shifts are 12 hours,and I've put on 25 lbs since returning to work 2 1/2 years ago after having my son.

I am 5'3. 4 years ago I lost 30 lbs with mfp,went from 140 to 110. Now here I am 4 years later,two pregnancys,and a bad breakup back at 140 trying to get under 130 this time. Im not a success story YET-but I am a succesful work in progress.

The chickens come in,sitting in a briny liquid,so a lot of the drippings after are that brine coming out,like above said,if you let it cool you'll see not all of the liquid is fat.

Im pretty budget bound as a single mom- Ive thought about the bike thing in the past,but never have the extra cash to spare. Its too bad too,I dont drive and it would be a great way to get around.
