premade sausage breakfast wraps. Do a bunch up at once,cool,close and freeze in saran wrap,nuke for 2 minutes when you want it. Food for days.

I buy a few ingredients and literally just google " EASY SIMPLE XXX recipe" Knowing how to sautee onions goes a long way for flavour,and is simple to get the hang of. Other then that,invest in a rice cooker and slow cooker and youre all set for simple eating!

For frozen dinners ( I "treat" myself a few times a year to these for work suppers) Look for a meal under 350 calories- but more importantly under 500mg of sodium. Michelinas has a few that fit the bill as well as the healthy choice steamers brand (although these are more pricy)

I like burrito bowls when Im on the go! Im sure theyre highish in calories but loaded with good stuff. Subway veggie wraps with cheese are only about 320 calories.

Im not crazy about the yonanas,you cant really add anything in,because it all just blends and comes out immediately so it doesnt mix up the stuff. I usually just do it in my blender and freeze it back up for a few minutes.

My son loves eggs and bacon/sausages. Hes a lean guy so I dont mind giving him the exta fat. He also loves pancakes/waffles and bananas.

I like to buy the no salt added cans of 6 bean medley and put some of those on a pita with hummus or other garlic/greek yogurt sauce , and throw some rice on the side. You can enter breastfeeding as a "good" only it deducts calories instead of adding them. It's important ( and hard!) to find a balance between getting enough nutrition to maintain a good milk supply and overeating to offset the work your body does to make that milk.
