Welcome!! You log in your food everyday online and your exercise if you did any that day. The food log is nice because the database is pre-filled with many foods that you eat everyday. I like the Target brand (Market pantry is the actual name) nutrition bars. They come in plain, peanut butter or mint. They are under 200 calories and have lots of protein and fiber. I eat one in the morning around 8:30 and they keep me preety full until lunch at noon.:wink:

I love my Wii Active. I also bought the additionial game called Wii Active "more workouts". I love the boxing and the tennis the best. They have some really nice workouts on there that are premade or you can make your own custom workout. I thinks its great and its keeps you entertained and want to workout!!

I run into that too sometimes. I have a calorie intake of 1200 per day and sometimes by 8pm, Iam only at around 900ish and I dont feel hungry. I just bought WII Active and I burned off 190 calories on 30 min of cardio which included running, boxing and lunges!! I feel it today let me tell ya!!
