No thats sounds good. I currently go to the gym 3x a week and do lots of cardio (about an hour between the treadmill and the bike) and then I do about 15 min of weights. Just watching what I am eating and exercising!! I also gave up soda and drink lots of water. If I treat myself to an actual soda...its always diet 7up!!

In your ticker is that all your kids??? wow!! Dont feel discouraged. It happened to me this week too. I lost 5 lbs last week and today I weighed in and I didnt lose anything but I did start to keep track of my measurements back on March 1st so today I measured myself again and I lost 2 inches from my waist!!

Oh yes...I didnt lose anything this week and I was like "what?" I did I not lose when I was so good all week. I looked at the calendar and was like "oh" its my "aunt flo" week that is approaching!! Men are so lucky!!:smooched:

You are my inspiration!! I currently weigh 208...started MFP on 1-8-11 and I weighed 221. My ultimate goal is 80lbs and seeing you and your pics gives me hope. When did you first start MFP? I see you weighed 218 when you started and were 185 by 10-1.
