Since I forgot to pull something out for dinner, we had waffles with fresh raspberries pureed on top :)

I found the same problem. It really does open your eyes. I also have found that since I cut the sodium back that a lot of food tastes really salty to me. When I cook, I try not to use seasonings that are contain a lot of salt in them.

I am 5'3. I started this journey December 1, 2011. I started at 188lbs. I am down to 160lbs. My goal is 130lbs. I am counting my calories and exercising. I am on Adipex, which is a prescription appetite suppressant that gives me an energy boost. I do not recommend it for everyone. I chose to go on it after trying so many…

You look amazing! Congrats on the weight loss. Be proud of how far you have come. I do not have any advice. I hope you get past this. In the meantime keep up the lifestyle and relish in what you have achieved thus far.

I started to use it, but found that my back cannot handle it. I have bad discs. But I enjoyed it while I could use it. Fair warning the first day of the doing the Plyometrics, your legs will be SORE! I was so sore just the act of lowering myself to use the potty made me want to cry.

Love this! You are so very right. I wish more people on here thought like this! We are all getting healthy and that is the important thing.

NewLIFE thank you for the compliment! I hope you enjoy your "ride" today. And I am getting stronger as the days go by. The nights are not as lonely feeling as they were night 1 & 2. My motto for this year is 2012 is going to be an AWESOME year! And thus far it has and will continue.

Great job. You are so brave for showing that much skin and sharing the pics. I take my before and afters while clothed. I cannot bring myself to show that much in a picture and share it. Thank you for sharing your success pics and braveness!

I would not fret right now about those five pounds. Get back on track and reweigh yourself in a week or so and see if it falling off. Ultimately in the end I know the numbers on the scale mean a lot in our weight numbers the doctors go by, but if you are seeing the inches fall off then that is what matters. But that is my…

NewLIFEstyle4 I like that you posted this. You are so supportive of the replies that are here. Not that others are not supportive on this site, but you are going above and beyond right now  I am shy, but try to participate on the boards. In person I am not shy if you know me though. LOL ask my husband. In answer to…

I love your honesty here about your relationship with your man. That is also a great motivation. I know the sexier I feel the more it makes me want to show it off.

My motivations are my children and husband. I am getting healthy for me and to be there for them. But when I exercise on the treadmill, I will put my laptop up there and watch the shows I did not get to watch on hulu or their designated websites. Othertimes I like to listen to my Ipod. My playlist consists of alternative…

LOVE this! It is true! You cannot get to those days without day 1 and taking charge! Thanks for posting this.

I do get annoyed, but at the same time I believe that we all do what we feel is right for ourself...even when they may not be going about it the healthy way. Not saying that all of us are doing it unhealthy. You just have to realize that if you make small simple changes in your lifestyle, portion sizes, and eating habits,…

I agree with this one. I am the same. I have only been with one person, my husband and like this person's husband as long as mine can touch my boobs and be intimate with me, he is happy. I have no complaints because our intimate moments are something we share with each other. It is like what Jeff Foxworthy said: It ain't…

I donated all of mine to someone my mom knows whose teenage daughter wears the size of clothing I was and they cannot afford to buy new clothes. So I not only was able to make sure I did not go back, but was able to help someone else. I felt better helping the daughter have some "new" clothes to wear. From what I heard she…

I went from 38D to band size of 35, and down to a C cup. Finding new bras for me has been a nightmare.

Welcome! No matter if you are transgender or not we all have our weight battles and struggle. I wish you the best of luck on your journies. And we all need support on our journey of weight loss or any other journey we go on. You will lots of support here. But yes like others say judgement. I say ignore the rude ones and…

That is so me. I hate cutting, rinsing, etc. I am all for the precut stuff. Even the precut apples are still healthy and I love the convenience of them. There is nothing wrong with running to grab McDonald's or any other fast food, just be careful about what you buy and how often. You can still make healthy choices when…

A nice semi-formal dress to my brother-in-law's wedding in June. And any dress at this point. Getting there slowly. Oh and to look amazing in my swim suit this summer.

That is a great NSV to have! Good luck and go for it!

Love this thought! You know you're a mom when you do laundry and find cars in the dryer!

My sister-in-law recommended it to me. Best thing ever!

Congrats on the loss! Hitting the first 20lb. mark is an amazing feeling. Keep up the hard work for you! If you do not get the support from her, you know you have it here. In the end make yourself happy not others. If you are happy, that is all that matters in the end. Someone in a previous reply said something about being…

I agree with this post. Best of luck on your wedding day. Listen to your doctor's orders. And take it easy. If all else walking will not hurt as long as you keep your arms down. If it hurts stop.
